Everything on these shelves grew within a mile of the till
We sell what we grow. The fields, the orchard and the hives are all a short walk from the counter, so most of it was picked the morning you buy it.

The farm is the supply chain
Grain from the fields, apples from the orchard, honey from our own hives. None of it travels further than the mile between the land and the till.

The year on one shelf
We only stock a crop while it's coming off our own land. When the months below are filled in, it's in the shop.

Every Saturday
The juice press runs on Saturdays
On Saturdays we press whatever came in from the fields that week, so it changes with the season.
Saturday, 9 to 5
From the hives
Honey from the bees that work our fields
The hives sit inside the same mile as everything else. The honey is strained and jarred on the farm, some with a piece of comb left in.

Also on the shelves

Potatoes
Red potatoes, sold loose by the basket.

Pumpkins and squash
Orange and grey-green, straight from the field.

Honey
Jarred on the farm, some with the comb inside.
